Tropico 3 PC Game Review
Strategy, prosperity, corruption, humor, management, viva la revolution, Viva la presidente!… Banana Republic!

Tropico returns with its second part to complete the treble of civilian strategy so successful that has brought criticism. Haemimont publishes possibly the greatest installment of the series so far with Tropico 3: A solid title, fun and exciting.

Civil Strategy games in which it is imposing economic management, policy and urban cities, countries or, as is the case, delicious tropical paradises were fashionable in the past. But they have been a sadly neglected genre in recent years but continue to count on PC with a hard group of fans who have an interest in him and that they enjoy the work of companies like Haemimont Games, which continue to make every effort to keep it alive.
Tropico offered many options and situations that were inherited in its second part, Tropico 2. With a more complex system, the next installment focused on the experiences of a dangerous pirate who wanted to make the island a haven for smugglers and dangerous mercenaries. While some irony removed iron and political issue of his former party, Tropico 2 has become an instant classic and proved that the series had evolved and matured. Now after nearly seven years after the sequel, Tropico 3 comes to our computers making war. Haeminont Games has managed to condense the good ideas of the original delivery and increase them in place. Tropico could say that 3 is a remake of the first part of the saga, although there are big differences that we discuss below.
It is the revolution, comrade!

The President
After puzzling hiatus that saw Tropico 2, the third part returns to the aspect of banana republic and post-revolutionary whose pillars set the original game.
Thus the title in hand to make us return to the control of a country having to perform all the maneuvers and making daily decisions that should carry out such government, clearly defining our economic, diplomatic on the outside and managing the whole urban movement in the city.
The gap that has traditionally set Tropico with other releases of this court is its wholehearted commitment to a sense of humor connecting with the geographic and demographic area in which located its action. So here are covered elements unthinkable in other similar titles such as, for example, our character, which will command our government can be corrupt, womanizing, alcoholic or enjoyment of questionable bank accounts in Switzerland.
In Tropico 3 PC Game we can control almost any aspect of society; Politics, Education, Health, Safety, Industry, Entertainment and Leisure … through files and menus, we can access different constructions and buildings.
If we believe that the speed of construction is slow and our workers do not pay enough, we can accelerate the time of departure (which will also speed up other aspects of the game) or spend more priority to the building in question. Constructing a building or another may open up different paths when it comes to face our future as president. Each has several different requirements for construction, and if we talk about buildings and public buildings, workers needed to operate them properly.
Thus, a school or college teachers and need a church, a pastor or priest giving the sermon every morning. The industry will also be important, and we know our income approach and consider as we see fit. For example, if our industrial economy is based mainly on snuff, our people will have nothing to eat. We must find a healthy balance. We can also establish areas of influence of our farms to see if we can satisfy the entire population of our island.
Tropico 3 for PC has various game modes: campaign mode or challenge mode. The campaign mode has 15 different missions, each with a dedicated background based on real historical events like the pope’s visit to Cuba, the Cuban Missile Crisis or the origin of the economic embargo. The missions are of variable duration (often depending on the skill of the player), and pose a real challenge for anyone who is minimally familiarize with the concept that is a management game and simulation of this kind.
The soundtrack of the title, is absolutely wonderful. With songs distinctly Cuban and Latin American, our future in the game will be accompanied by DJ Juanito, we will talk about how things are going in the country (quite bad milk and plenty of humor). Besides, we will select a list of notable successes in music, which will make everything more enjoyable and fun.
Tropico 3 becomes in his own right in one of the best games of civilian strategy that can be found on the market. A gentle pace but also a very addictive gameplay, the title becomes its own right in something genuine and full of personality. Tropico 3 is available for Xbox 360 and PC.
